Payment terms
The payment for your first order must be made by credit card before delivery. For subsequent orders, and subject to approval from our accounting department, payment may be deferred by a few days and made via credit card, bank transfer, or direct debit.

Pricing
All our prices are listed in euros, net and excluding taxes, inclusive of packaging, and ex-warehouse. VAT is applied at 20% or 5.5% for food products (or at the rate in effect on the invoicing date). Prices may be adjusted based on fluctuations in raw material costs or technical improvements.

Shipping
- Shipping fees : Free delivery for orders over €350 (excl. VAT). A shipping fee of €35 (excl. VAT) applies to orders below this amount.
- Delivery times : Orders validated by our accounting department before 1:00 PM are delivered within 72 business hours in 98% of cases. Delivery times may be extended during certain times of the year or based on product availability.
- Corsica & Overseas deliveries : Contact us for specific rates and delivery times.
- FIRST 48H Delivery : For any order validated by our accounting department before 1:00 PM, delivery will be completed by the following business day. This service incurs additional shipping fees.
Returns
- Return policy : You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product. The product must be in its original condition and unused. Contact our customer service team for return instructions.
- Return costs : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
